The hotel is great and in an excellent location right on the main promenade. The guest room overlooks courtyard and includes an electric kettle, fridges, and a washing machine. The staff is really good, as well as owner;)))

The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach.
The cleanliness was abysmal. Dust everywhere. The floor was so dirty I couldn't walk without shoes. Windows were flimsy and hard to operate.

The situation of the hotel, on the Promenade des Anglais. If you're lucky, you can have your room with a nice view to the sea !
Not very spacious and comfortable for the price, but if you want to stay for one or 2 nights, it's fine.

Location, across the street from the beach. Room had a balcony looking right out to the beach. The owner had a few parking spots available for guests on the main road, The owner/desk staff was attentive and nice. Reasonably priced for the area considering the location and proximity to the beach
Rooms were very small, Carpet in the room was worn and dirty, walls had chipped/cracked paint, teh bed was not very comfortable.

The staff were so helpful. I was a solo traveller, I had an unpleasant experince right before I arrived, they made me feel welcome and safe. They certainly treat their guests well
A bit too far from the city. Not the cleanest, and a bit run down

Amazing Nice vibes 🌊🌞
The owner was super chill and sorted me out with a room that had a lekker balcony. Room was big with a fine view, and AC worked like a boss. Right next to the tram stop, made it easy to explore!
The bathroom was a bit cramped, not ideal for a good twirl.
